Full Condo w/ pool, 5 min walk to beach

Great place to take your family to the beach! The condo was just as shown in pictures and check-in was simple, so we were able to make ourselves at home quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and cooking tools. Having quick access to the beach and the pool was perfect for our family! We also appreciated the laundry room so we could take care of all our wet and sandy clothes. Would definitely come back in the future!!

This is a nice, few-frills cottage in the North End, which is away from the busier boardwalk area. We enjoyed it.

We love staying at this location, as each family in our extended family can rent their own space and it’s an easy walk to the beach and the association has a nice little pool, but some units are definitely nicer than others. This unit is overpriced for what it is. We paid a thousand dollars less the previous summer for a different unit in similar condition. It’s clean, but the unit needs updating. IKEA furniture is staring to call apart, some has been replaced by bare lumber screwed together to form “tables” and “nightstands”. Hi , I must start by saying we are very lucky to have the owners share this little slice of paradise with my family. It’s on the north end of Virginia Beach. Just far enough to be very quiet, safe, but close enough to everything there is to offer at VB. Highlight of our trip was the Aquarium and a morning Surfing lesson. The pool was just a couple steps from our back door. To the beach is a 1 min walk. The laundry room ( coin or card) is just past the pool, very convenient. All the neighbors were very friendly and helpful with questions on restaurants and sites to see. This rental was fully stocked w whatever you need. Just add food and people. Clean as a whistle. Everything in perfect condition. Easy code on door for entrance. No need for keys, which is very convenient for beach goers. If I had a complaint I’d put it here, but, I literally have not 1 issue. So: Great place , great owners, great time. Don’t hesitate, if you stumbled upon this listing, look no further, you’ll not find better. Thx for reading Dennis

First impression: higher than normal front step. I needed assistance every time I entered. Second impression; second bathroom was a mess with poorly done finishing around tub and floor; awkward sink closure; no place to put makeup to be handy. (we came for a conference, so business dress, not pool or beach.) and now the most difficult part of our stay: We arrived back second day, to find a woman in my bathroom! Doors were locked. How did she get in? Nothing was missing, but I needed to take everything with us every day after, and never felt safe there. Perhaps you could work with the owner to fix some of the minor problems, but HOW DID THAT WOMAN ENTER?
